Talking to my inner 👿
We are taught that we must be perfect in every way, and that any mistakes we make are a sign of weakness. This way of thinking is wrong!
Living with the monster inside us may be an art, but it’s time to take it to the next level. It’s time to bring that monster out into the open, to have a conversation with it, and to turn it into a masterpiece. Because that is where true growth and development lies.
We all have our demons to face, but it’s what we do with them that truly matters. We can either let them hold us back, or we can confront them head-on and use our struggles to make us stronger.
As leaders, it’s our responsibility to set an example for others. We must show them that it’s okay to make mistakes and that we don’t have to be perfect all the time. We must lead with transparency, vulnerability, and authenticity. Because by doing so, we allow others to see that they too can overcome their own struggles.
Be courageous. Bring that monster out into the open and have the conversation that you’ve been avoiding. For it’s only then, when we get real with ourselves, that we can truly achieve greatness.
