Take care of your brain. Treat it with respect. Wants good nutrients.

Loves to learn new things and admires you when you think positive for long periods of time.

And don’t forget your brain is ultra happy when you relax and you take it for long walks.

My brain loves good conversations and new challenges and I am sure yours as well….

One last thing, mine needs to sleep at least 8 hours protected from all the electronics around us. I probably think yours as well.
